E-mail aliases & forwarding
When you setup your e-mail account(s) in the Plesk system administration control panel, there are a number of options for you to choose from for configuring and customizing your e-mail to work the best for you. One of these options is the capability of creating mail aliases for your account. Suppose your main e-mail address is jones@yoursite.com. Without creating additional e-mail accounts, you can create aliases instead, so that when a visitor sends an e-mail it is automatically forwarded to your main address. You may want aliases "info" and "sales@yoursite.com." When visitors to your site send e-mails to these addresses, they will automatically forward to your main address: jones@yoursite.com

Mail Groups
Mail groups are a helpful tool you can also setup and configure. A mail group is a group of addresses that e-mails are forwarded to when visitors e-mail you. For example, if someone were to e-mail you at jones@yoursite.com and you have a group setup, then every e-mail address in that group will also get the message mailed to you. Mail groups are different from mail lists. Groups are way for many people to get the same messages you receive. Lists are a tool for you to send e-mails to many addresses.

Autoresponders
When you're out of the office or on vacation, setting up an autoresponder is a good way to let people know so they might not wonder why you haven't e-mailed them back. You can customize the automatic messages that are sent when someone e-mails you, and you can even add an attached file to the outgoing message.

Redirection
Another option you can setup is the ability to have your e-mail redirected to another address. This can come in handy if you ever change your main e-mail account and would like to still receive e-mail from people who may not know you've changed addresses. Keep redirection set until you feel everyone knows your new address.

E-mail bouncing & catch-all address
Another option you can setup is the ability to have your e-mail redirected to another address. This can come in handy if you ever change your main e-mail account and would like to still receive e-mail from people who may not know you've changed addresses. Keep redirection set until you feel everyone knows your new address.
